I am a Graphic Designer, with over 20 years of work experience and based in Cape Town, South Africa. Although trained in Graphic Design, I have worked or being involved in various fields of the design industry, from textile design, web design to jewellery design and manufacture as well as doing an 18 month apprenticeship with a top local chef in the art of gourmet cooking and food presentation.
I started my career in 1994, after graduating from the Ruth Prowse School of Art. My first job was in television, working as a stop-frame animator and illustrator for a children's television series. This award-winning production was influential to my career as it broadened my scope and opened my eyes to all that was available to me in the world of design.
